Policies

Payment Policy:

Payment is due on the day of the massage. Any exceptions need to be agreed upon before massage is received.

Insurance Billing NOT Available. You may however ask for a receipt which can be turned into your insurance for possible payment. Know your insurance and what they accept.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your massage. If less than 24 hour notice is given, or you miss your appointment, you may be billed for your missed session. This 24 hour notice allows time for the filling of your appointment time slot. Please note!

Health Information:

You are asked to fill out an intake form prior to your first visit. This helps your therapist know if any health considerations need to be taken into account before giving your massage so no harm occurs as a result of your massage. You are responsible for filling out your intake form correctly and completely. If you (whether intentionally or unintentionally) omit information regarding your health, or if your do not inform your therapist of a health condition occurring after your initial intake was filled out, and harm occurs as a result, your therapist will not be held accountable.

Cost:

$75 – 60 min (1 hour) session

$107 – 90 min (1 ½ hour) session

$140 – 120 min (2 hour) session
